| Measuring Instructions
Read the following instructions carefully.
- Have a soft tape measure and a black pen ready.
- Wear as few clothes as possible.
- Don't suck in your tummy of flex your muscles.
- Keep your head level and back straight when measuring.
- Measurements should be taken snug, but not tight.
- Fill in the measurements in the circles or squares on the
diagram provided below.

Have a friend or family member take the measurements
or have a tailor take the measurements for you.

A. Around forehead at the biggest.
B. Around neck at the smallest point.
C. Armpit around shoulder arm at 45 degrees.
D. Bicep at the biggest.
E. Around elbow at bone.
F. Around forearm at the biggest.
G. Around wrist just above bone.
H. Shoulder to crotch back to shoulder.
I. Around chest or bust at the biggest.
J. Around waist 2" above the belly button.
K. Around waist at the narrowest point.
L. Around waist 2" below the belly button.
M. Around hips at butt area.
N. Around thigh at crotch level.
O. Around knee cap.
P. Around calf at biggest.
Q. Around ankle just above bone.
1. Arms length from armseam to wrist bone.
2. Height from head to feet.
3. Length from crotch to ankle bone.
4. Length from crotch to floor.
5. Lenght from knee to floor.
6. Length from shoulder bone to bust tip.
