We know that intense sports in demanding and unpredictable conditions can lead to tears and breakages caused by wear and tear. We also firmly believe that these shouldn't prevent you from enjoying your favorite activities and staying active.
This is why we offer a repair service for wetsuits as well as neoprene and nylon drysuits.

Conditions for repairs
- Repair times vary depending on our production volume. This will be communicated to you when you drop off the product for repair.
- Prices shown are for guidance only. Actual prices will be provided to you following the initial assessment of the repairs required, as these may vary depending on parts availability and the complexity of the repair.
- Products being repaired must be washed and dried. You will be charged a cleaning fee if this is not done, as we do not offer a cleaning service.
- The initial assessment of the repairs to be made is free. For custom repairs, an additional assessment will be performed by our specialists, for which a $10 administrative fee will be charged if no repairs are made.
- The rate for custom repairs is $140 per hour, plus the cost of parts.
- ATLAN products qualify for a 10% discount on repairs when they are no longer under warranty.
- No delivery is included in the repair costs.
- Repairs must be paid in full at the time of pickup or before delivery.
- Repairs are covered by a 3-month warranty from collection or delivery (this does not constitute an additional warranty for the rest of the product).
- All completed repairs must be picked up or delivered within 3 months. Thereafter, you will be charged a $5 per day administrative fee.
- We are unable to repair an item that has already been repaired with glue as it may damage our machines.
- When carrying out a repair on an item from another company, ATLAN cannot be held responsible and disclaims all liability if this repair voids the manufacturer's warranty. It is therefore your responsibility to carry out the necessary checks before proceeding with the repair.
